Positive, Amazing, convenient location right in the city center. The staff is wonderful and really go out of their way to help. The bathroom was really large and the shower instantly warm. WiFi connection was solid throughout my stay. The room was warm with fresh air from a window.

My room was on the 4th floor with no elevator, making it hard to carry my suitcase. The shower did not function well, and the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. the mattress was quite old and uncomfortable, affecting my sleep quality.

I stayed for 5 nights and loved how close everything was! The staff were super friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was simple but tasty, especially the local jams. One bummer was that it could get a bit noisy at times, especially in the evening. a solid place to chill while exploring Yerevan.

Air conditioning hardly functions!!! You expect a table in the room instead of a mere cabinet!!! Not having a lift is a real hassle with luggage!!! The shower needs better water pressure for nighttime needs!!!

The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk to the main square and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, particularly Lillete, who ensured we felt comfortable. the room cleanliness was disappointing as the toilet wasn't cleaned during our stay. Climbing to the fourth floor without an elevator was challenging, and the extra bed provided was uncomfortably small for our needs.

my previous stay in yerevan was nice, but city centre hotel exceeded my expectations for this one night. the location was perfect, just five minutes from everything, and the staff, especially newman, were incredibly helpful. breakfast was simple but satisfying with some hot options.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, where I appreciated the helpfulness of the team and the good Wi-Fi connection that allowed me to stay connected during my visit, all conveniently located just 15 km from the airport for easy travel.

Everything was exactly right.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially how cozy the room felt with the comfy beds and the nice little fridge. The wellness services, like massages and facials, added a relaxing touch to my trip. Just a heads-up, the hot water took a bit of time to come, but it didn't ruin the overall experience. 😊
